I was fortunate to be seen quickly as I knew having had poison ivy many times before that the sooner it was treated I would be cured of its discomfort without complications. I was seen the next morning punctually by a nice team oShow moref people. Kayleigh Saunders, PA was pleasant and attended to my needs very well to include treatment prescription needed at my local pharmacy. She had a nice PA student observing whom also had excellent communication skills exhibiting care and interest as we shared some conversation about a couple of previous states and places we both previously lived and experienced. Thank you to your staff as I was seen quickly and I am now already doing much better. Always much appreciated.
Front desk very nice. I was disappointed however with visit. I had completed my forms prior to visit. I had 3 issues. The nurse and Kayleigh didn't seem to know that. While I told them why I was there and they were addressed withShow more me , it felt rushed. I have been there in the past and was very satisfied. I just wished she had been aware of my problems ahead of time. Kayleigh was very nice I just wished she had known why I was there and had read what other services I was interested in. (This was all on my forms I had completed) I left feeling I wasn't significant as a person or a patient.
She attended University of Florida during her undergraduate career and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Health Science degree. She then attended University of South Florida where she received her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society for her academic achievements, public service, and leadership.
Kayleigh is a Jacksonville native and returned home after completing her schooling to serve the community that she grew up in. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband, walking her Labrador Retriever, Gauge, and spending time with her family fishing and diving.
Kayleigh is passionate about dermatology and educating patients on preventative practices along with various conditions of the skin. She enjoys treating conditions like acne, psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea. She enjoys partnering with patients to find customized treatment plans and preventative lifestyle changes.

It’s always a pleasant experience dealing with Kayleigh and staff.
Kayleigh is awesome! She has reviewed your chart before entering the room and asks all the right questions. The exam is thorough and she and her assistant keep everything moving and private (you stay covered except for the area they are examining). After she finishes she stands next to you and asks if you have any questions or concerns that haven't been addressed. She and her assistant (as well as the front desk staff) are friendly and positive! This is a great office - which is why I travel 45 minutes to my appointments!!!

Kayleigh was really nice and professional. She took the time to explain my diagnosis to me as well as treatment options since it is incurable. I needed a steroid injection and she made me feel comfortable prior to doing it.

Kayleigh tries and exhausts every possible therapeutic avenue to fix the issue and does a great job asking if you have any questions or concerns about her approach. Kayleigh is very conservative in her presentation with medication but I imagine that is limiting her liability. I would recommend her for treatment. The front desk staff is always pleasant but their billing department is clueless and never gets it right!

Ms Sanders gave me excellent care! She described what was going on with my infection on my arm and torso. She described in detail how I should put the medication on the infected area as well as how and when to make the oral medication. She was very gentle and very kind to me. She knew I was worried about my health and told me exactly what to do and that my infection would clear up very soon based on the medication she prescribed to me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Goyal and his staff to anyone my friends and associates. They do a wonderful job !!
