Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor skilled in working with children, adults, and parents. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Psychology (emphasis in Cognitive Neuroscience) and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University.
Kelsey works with a variety of clients who are seeking help in managing depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral difficulties, trauma, and self esteem. Kelsey uses a variety of techniques including Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, amongst others. Kelsey’s laid back, friendly approach helps clients feel comfortable and willing to work toward making and exploring meaningful changes for themselves.
Kelsey is credentialed by the State of Arkansas to conduct online counseling through the use of technology such as Google Meet, Zoom, and telephone. She is currently working on learning Emotion Focused Therapy.
