I can not say enough wonderful things about Kendall and her staff. Everyone has a smile on their face, which tells me that they like their jobs. Kendall has a way about her that immediately makes you love and trust her. Her knoShow morewledge about medicine and the human body astounds me, and she always breaks it down so it is easier to understand. Kendall doesn’t get in a hurry. How refreshing! She listens to what you have to say and truly cares. We are so blessed to have her practicing in Sylvania!
I just moved back home and needed a primary care doctor like ASAP. I stopped by the office and let them know my needs and had an appointment the next day. Great customer service and very thorough. The staff was very friendly and tShow moreook time to know a bit about me. They were not rushed to perform the service and very personable. I am So Grateful that my daughter in law recommended them to me. I’m definitely sold and highly recommend Kendall. The whole staff was very friendly, helpful and thorough.

It is always a pleasure to see Kendall, even when I am sick. Her smile and optimistic attitude is contagious. Kendall listens intently to everything her patient has to say without interrupting, and always seems to know the answer. It's obvious that she does a lot of research and is extremely smart. She makes each patient feel like a friend, and for that I am grateful. She is humble, and she is kind. That's why I love her!
I have never been treated with anything but kindness and respect. Kendall, Kelly and Shay are professional and courteous. They truly care about your health and well-being. I high recommend!

Kendall and her staff are excellent in all ways. They take the time to listen to your concerns. They are not "rushed" but treat you as if you are the only patient at that time. My needs are addressed and medical issues taken care if. I would recommend her practice to anyone needing medical care.
