Dr. Banner was easy to talk to, so initially I felt calmer, until another IBS episode returned and I am left wondering how to deal with it. I was thinking of calling the office to ask if an email recounting the points that Dr. BaShow morenner mentioned, could be sent to me. I tend to do this with my PCP's head nurse, who is great about consulting with my PCP, Dr. Rosen and then emailing me a response because I recognize that I do best if I can refer to the written word. So, if I could get an emailed response on Monday, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
The wait was unnecessarily extensive. Our appointment was for 10:15 am. We arrived at 9:30 am and it took only 5 minutes to update the paperwork. We were not taken into a room until close to 11:15 am. The procedure was quick and tShow morehe doctor was finished in under 10 minutes. Staff was pleasant. The wait was unbearable as the patient had not been able to eat anything since the 5:30 pm feeding from the previous day and had to wait for the transport to return her to her home before she was able to be given her tube feeding.
