The nurse alerted me to the various warning sirens my pacemaker/defib emits to warn me of various developments. One was being too close to a magnet, one was if the battery is running low, and I do not remember the third warning sShow moreound, but I am to go to an ER and have the representative for my pacemaker/defib check and see what the problem is...unfortunately I did not write down the three issues, and my memory is not as strong as it was a few years ago. I've had this lifesaving device for over 6 years, and this nurse is the first one to alert me to it danger signals. So, thanks algoes to Dr Siouffi for educating his staff. Having been given a written report of the three alert sounds would have made this a 5 star. No place to give it a 4.8 recommendation.
I'm an established patient, who was visiting from out of town, and having some issues. The wonderful front desk lady went the extra mile, to get me in to be seen, the very next morning! Dr. Kevin L. Klein is a fellowship-trained cardiologist with board certification in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Internal Medicine. Dr. Klein is originally from western New York. He served as a Major in the United States Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base, where he received the Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding contribution to the United States.
Before joining the team at South Shore Cardiovascular Associates, Dr. Klein held various positions within in the field of cardiology. In addition to his position as Chief of the Department of Cardiology, he also served as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and many sub-specialty clinics at the Keesler Medical Center.

Dr. Klein is a very good doctor. I never feel rushed, he always listens to whatever you have to say. Medically you couldn't find another doctor that would care more about your well being. I have been seeing him for many years and things have never changed were his care is concerned.
