Excellent all around. Dr. Katrina Wyse was absolutely wonderful. I am impressed by her knowledge, compassion, and bedside manner. I appreciated the time she took with me as I am new to the area. Also the practice was clean, updateShow mored, and everyone including check-in/out was kind and friendly. I also give kudos to Alyssia, my medical assistant, who was superb as well - she was thorough, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. Amanda and the staff were more than willing to hold my baby to help me while I was examined by Dr. Wyse. They also have convenient appointment times. I would highly recommend this practice. I am so thankful to have found May-Grant Associates, Dr. Wyse, and her staff. Thank you very much for your hard work and excellent health care.
Dr. Wyse was the perfect physician to help our daughter through her first gyn appmt and new diagnosis. Dr. Wyse is kind, patient, gentle, thoughtful, and thorough. She shared that she's also a mom, so there was an immediate bond, Show moreknowing that she perfectly understood how kiddos feel when meeting a new medical professional. She also has a great sense of humor that was perfect in helping our daughter relax. She thoroughly explained things, checked to be sure what she taught was understood, and gave multiple opportunities for questions. She also spoke very highly of other medical professionals that she works with. THANK YOU so much to Dr Wyse for her kindness and care. I could not have asked for a better first gyn experience for a frightened young lady.
Kim Benton, CRNP, MSN, is a certified registered nurse at May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology, located in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Ephrata, Intercourse, Willow Street, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania. She earns her patients’ trust with her widespread knowledge and experience in women’s health. One of her main goals during care is to share her knowledge with patients so that they can continue to successfully care for themselves.
Kim started her education in Reading, Pennsylvania at Albright College where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She moved on to complete a Master’s Degree in Nursing at Millersville University in Millersville, Pennsylvania, as well as earning a national certification as a certified registered nurse practitioner.
When Kim isn’t at one of the May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology locations caring for her patients, she enjoys camping, boating, and hiking in the great outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, grandson, and friends.

All of the staff makes me very comfortable and at ease. Love this practice.
This is a wonderful place to receive care. Throughout my pregnancy and postpartum care the doctors, midwives and nurses have been great to work with. Jennifer Pagani-Smith has a great positive attitude and is always attentive to my needs. She answers my questions and helps educate me with up to date information. I leave my appointments feeling confident and comfortable with the care that I’m receiving.

Kim is amazing! I highly recommend her. I do believe front desk needs to provide privacy. The entire waiting room can hear the front desk discuss your procedure.
Dr. Frank Cardona is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

I had the best experience with Jen today. She has a warm, loving and calm demeanor that puts your mind at ease. I hope to have a natural birth with as little intervention as possible and she made me feel so confident and listened to when I showed her my birth plan. I went home feeling reassured that I chose the right practice.

Kim was very pleasant and made me laugh during the appointment which I felt helped to lighten the mood and made me feel more at ease. She also explained each step she took and gave me a preliminary assessment of what she thought would come back from my lab sample.
The Nurse Practitioner was very caring and made sure I understood all she was telling me. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, and seen by the nurse (who was very polite) and then the NP. I was cared for in a timely manner.
My experience at this appointment went very well. From the length of time I had to wait in the waiting room, to the young lady who first took my information, to my provider who I first met at this appointment was very kind, informative and professional. Thank you for the very pleasant experience.
