Relaxing, comfortable and pleasant over all. I ordered a hydrating facial which is advertised for $200 on your website. I was subsequently charged $300 for it. I didn’t inquire at purchase time because I assumed I’d forgotten thShow moree price but I checked after and saw the discrepancy. No one explained or asked me if it was okay to charge me more. I’d still appreciate an explanation. Only thing that would’ve been better about the facial itself was to ask if I’d like some lip balm put on at the end. My lips were extremely dry after. Usually this is done at other places that provide facials. Thank you.

Kimberly graduated from Vanderbilt University where she earned her Nurse Practitioner degree. Before specializing in dermatology, Kimberly served Marin as a primary care provider. She then trained alongside Dr. Zand for over a year, completing 5,000+ patient visits together, ensuring that their medical care and recommendations are in complete alignment. She performs full skin exams, treats acne, eczema, rashes, sun damage and more, in addition to our full spectrum of cosmetic services like botox, filler, chemical peels, etc. Kimberly has also been an integral part of Dr. Zand's surgical team, performing hundreds of biopsies, skin cancer treatments, cyst removals, lesion injections, and suturing wounds.
Kimberly is also creating and launching our medical-grade aesthetician services. She can not only provide indulgent facials and extractions but also create a customized treatment plan for your specific skin type.
Having grown up in Marin County, Kimberly is thrilled to care for the community she truly values. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga and pilates classes, dancing, cooking new recipes, and grabbing dinner with friends and family.
