Arrived on time and didn’t go back until an hour later. This was my first appointment and I entered my history online, yet still had to answer all the questions again. I even called to confirm my appointment and that I could receiShow moreve the specific service, yet when I arrived they had the wrong type of appointment listed. Restroom had the tiniest bit of toilet paper and it wasn’t even on the roll, no table space or hook to hang your bag while you provide a urine sample. Then you have to walk it out to the lobby and wait until the receptionist puts on a glove to take the sample. Exam room was old and run down, trash was overflowing with no lid. Stir up covers were dingy. The nurse I saw was nice, but the office needs some serious updating.
Has a 1245pm telemed appointment. She called after 230pm. When I stated I could no longer talk because I was alone she proceeded to talk anyway and day I was just calling to give you your pap results. Again I was not alone and embShow morearrassed. Secondly when I inquired about the second test she didn't seem to know what I was referring to and then said she didn't have those results. Did not try to reschedule for those results and no I can't get anyone on the phone to follow up.

I love Dr Holderfield. She is so caring, knowledgeable, and awesome.

After seeing two other doctors and not getting any real help, I scheduled a problem appointment with Dr. Holderfield. She’s the first doctor to take my medical concerns seriously and help me get some answers. Thank you so much!

I appreciate not having to wait for my appointment. My appointment was schedule for 9:15am. They had me in the back in the room by 9:10am. I was a little upset that my fiancé will not be able to attend any of my ultrasound appointments. I was told the ultrasound room is too small for additional guess. I feel the practice should think about the importance of including fathers in the ultrasound visits. The office should also provide the ultrasounds tech enough space to make such accommodations.

Everyone was so kind. I had a very good first experience & I really like Dr. Holderfield. The front desk staff, the MA, the phlebotomist, etc were all great.

Midwife Holderfield is knowledgeable and engaging. She made me feel at ease and even gave me things to think about with my surrogacy journey. I will definitely be back
