Unfortanuately Krista was 35 minutes late to the appt. and it ran into my next appt. We only got to talk for 5 minutes while she was doing an exam. I was really disappointed as I didn't really get to talk about post menopause isShow moresues. I would highly recommend calling the patient and letting them know that their appt is running late and let the patient decide whether the appt will work for them and not assume it is. Medical costs are TOO expensive to not get the doctors undivided attention.
The menopause class held over three weeks was fantastic. The was so much information backed by research and her experience that it really cleared up a topic that can be so difficult to navigate. In addition, she made it such a comShow morefortable environment that it was easy to ask questions and share with the other participants. I left with so much more confidence and feeling like I was not alone in the chapter of life.

My first time with Krista was wonderful. She took the time - to create a relationship. I feel like I was really heard, and not just put through my paces. She was thorough in my exam and with her explanations. I feel like I can ask her anything in regard to my physical, mental and emotional health. And, she has a great sense of humor! That really helps in breaking down any barriers.
Krista spent a great deal of time listening to my concerns and offering suggestions of things to implement in my life. I never felt rushed and am excited to continue my health car journey with her.
