This the second time I have seen Kseniya and her assistant. Kseniya saw me almost immediately when I called for an appointment due to sore in my back. I was very grateful. She was knowledgeable and kind. She and her assistant explShow moreained the procedure thoroughly and checked with me to see if I had help to take care of my back because I can’t reach it.

Great right from reception to procedure. Informative and every time she did a procedure she explained what she would be doing and let me know what discomfort or pain there would be. (SLIGHT BUT NOT UNCOMFORTABLE). My husband and I were treated with care and respect. We thank all the staff for their proficiency.

My experience was very satisfactory. Ms Chageyeva made my diagnosis and prescribed a plan of care. She spoke to me in a respectful and courteous manner while not speaking to me in a way that was "over my head." She was very thorough and I was not made to feel rushed.
