I’ve known Dr Sathyamoorthy for many years from the hospital and he has always b been very friendly. When I found m myself in need of a urologist I didn’t even think twice about who to call. Dr Sathyamoorthy himself proved to be as caring a doctor as I knew he would. He took the time to listen to what was going on, asked questions about medications, previous testing because he didn’t want to repeat anything I just had done which is unheard of! Made a plan for my care and I left feeling like o was finally going to get some answers.I definitely recommend him and his services for anyone looking to actually find answers.

Dr. Sathyamoorthy is a Board-Certified Urologist who practices general urology at Cypress Urology located in Cypress, Texas. He is a leading robotic surgeon in the Houston community who uses the latest technology and equipment to treat all urologic conditions. He is based in Cypress, Texas, and has served the Cypress and Northwest Houston community for over 11 years. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University and has a master's degree in Public Health from Columbia University. He earned his Medical Degree from the State University of New York in Brooklyn where he received the honor of being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) society. He completed his Urology residency at the prestigious Scott Department of Urology at the Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Medical Center.
Dr. Sathyamoorthy has lived in Houston for 17 years and enjoys spending his time with his wife Monica, and his two young boys, Keshav and Arjun. They enjoy outdoor activities, bike rides and swimming.

He had to deliver news that was not great. He took the time to listen and answer all questions and offer his professional and personal advise. He make it real and I felt he really cared about the results and offered his opinions of the next steps.

I was the last patient of the day. We had to wait until the doctor returned from the hospital where he was needed for surgery. I did not have any complaint about the weight as I understand the nature of his job. The staff told us about the delay and kept us aware of his schedule to return.
All the personnel that I interactive with was very nice and professional. Dr. Sathyamoorthy is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The procedure I had went smoothly and with very minimal pain.
Dr.Sathymoorthy is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to answer your questions and gives you a thorough answer. He seems to really care about his patient and there well being. I’m glad I had a colleague recommend him several years ago. The were right about him being a superb doctor.

Been seeing Dr. S. for several years. Always professional. At times have had to wait several minutes after appointment time for the doctor to come in.
Dr Sathyamoorthy discovered i had prostate cancer 5 years ago. After discussing my options, i elected to have my prostate removed. He performed the surgery, and cared for me after. I would suggest anyone going through this to consult with him and help make your decision. He saved my life !!!!
