    Background:

    Lacey grew up in the Hoosier state and graduated from Indiana University with her undergraduate degree. She was a Registered Nurse in the emergency department for six years prior to obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner license from the University of Cincinnati. She was a travel nurse for three years which led her to Carteret County in 2017 where she met her husband Chuck while working at Carteret Health Care in the Emergency Dept. She enjoys hiking, camping, boating, and being outdoors with her husband and two dogs Kobe and Kallie. She is also an avid Indiana Basketball fan.
