It is hard to say right now. I will decide later. When the Fractures in my ankle are fixed & restored, I will know better. I have always been very athletic. When I can go hiking, horse back riding & everything else I love to dShow moreo, I will know much better. For now I’m still walking like a cripple. I’m an actor & I can NOT work or go on auditions. I want my like back. I will know better when this situation is fixed & a can walk normally
I enjoyed every part of my appt except for filling out the extensive paperwork. Thank goodness I don’t have to do that again! The young man that came in first was very nice and friendly. Dr Ho-Ellingsworth was VERY thorough in thShow moree exam and worked on my toenails while explaining all my options for future procedures. She was also very nice and friendly. All-in-all, I’d say my visit was a 9 out of 10! Sorry, too much paperwork!!
At Bluebonnet Foot and Ankle Institute in Austin, Texas, experienced podiatrist and surgeon Liza Chabokrow, DPM, cares for patients of all ages who experience foot or ankle problems. Dr. Chabokrow grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University. She went on to graduate from podiatric medical school at Temple University and completed her surgical residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
During her residency, Dr. Chabokrow provided medical care to patients with diabetic and sports-related foot and ankle problems and has strong expertise and experience working with pediatric patients. She’s participated in Baja Project for crippled children and Heal Kenya, a global outreach program of Dell Children’s Hospital. Dr. Chabokrow has also traveled to Kenya to care for children living in impoverished areas.
Whether her patients require treatment for diabetic foot problems, a sports-related injury, arthritis, or another medical condition, Dr. Chabokrow is there for them. She recommends the most conservative treatment first but offers her surgical expertise if foot or ankle surgery is necessary to enhance foot and overall health.
Proficient in English, Spanish, Farsi, and American sign language, Dr. Chabokrow can communicate effectively with patients of different backgrounds and ethnicities. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and oboe, cooking, and baking. I first went for an ingrown toe nail and ended up with physical therapy and treatment for toe nail fungus as well as shoe inserts etc! I walk better than I have in years! Thanks!
Dr Chabacrow is a good doctor. Everyone is really very pleasant. I just didn’t think the uniboots were helping my blishter wounds.
