Everything about my appointment with Dr. Lucy Barrow was an excellent, positive experience. She listened intently to my concerns. She explained her diagnosis and treatment simply so that it was easily understood. Dr. Barrow is an Show moreamazing doctor. She is truly caring, gentle and attentive. I would and will strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful foot doctor. Everything about my experience with Neuhaus Foot and Ankle was very positive as well. The receptionist was welcoming, polite and helpful. The office was very clean and compliant with all health requirements for the pandemic. There was very little wait time!!!! My nurse was fabulous. Neuhaus Foot and Ankle is an excellent medical service. I feel so well taken care of after my visit. I am looking forward to my follow up visit. Thank you, Dr. Barrow. You are a wonderful doctor.
I would have given a 5 star, except I had a very long wait to be seen, but when I was, I was very pleased with Dr. Chris and his assistant. He apologized for my wait, listened to my complaints, reviewed x-rays, and provided a diagShow morenosis and treatment options. He answered all my questions. His assistant, whose name I have forgotten, was very informative and kind when explaining use of the boots. I would recommend Dr. Chris.
Dr. Barrow grew up in Wigan, England, and moved to San Antonio, Texas at age 9. After completing her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin Dr. Barrow moved to Philadelphia to complete her podiatric medical degree and residency. During her residency, she trained in all facets of podiatric medicine, including trauma and reconstructive foot & ankle surgery.
Dr. Barrow and her family live in Nashville with their two miniature dachshunds Walter and Beatrice. When Dr. Barrow is not in the office she is fulfilling her self-proclaimed title of “foodie”-exploring new restaurants or baking and cooking at home.

Friendly, explanations of what may be causing the problems so I could understand, no rush. Front desk was also friendly and accomodating.

I didn't have to wait for my appointment. The receptionist knew my name as soon as I walked through the door. The doctor was friendly and very thorough. She walked me the steps to get my foot back to normal. I appreciate the professional services. Thank you.
