We, my wife and I, had a joint visit with Dr. Ochaney via a DUO Smartphone call (was supposed to have been an in-office visit but my wife was not feeling well (not Covid)). The switch over to phone versa personal visit was seamleShow moress and easy (as we had previous visits using the DUO option). The visit started at the exact time as set up and Dr. Ochaney, as always, was professional and personable on the phone as in the office. He covered my health conditions first and then spent the rest of the time going over my wife's issues. He answered all questions and took the time to listen to everything we both discussed with him. He provided answers to everything and when it was necessary he went into specific detail on some issues that required expanded explanation or discussion.
As usual, Dr. Ochaney’s staff is very cordial and professional. Dr. Ochaney spends as much time as you need to discuss your medical concerns and requirements. You never feel rushed during the appointment. I feel that my medical neShow moreeds are in good hands with Dr. Ochaney.

Dr. Ochaney is the very best doctor there is. I can tell by the look in his eyes that he genuinely cares about his patients. I wish I could give him a sky full of stars. His staff is equally as wonderful!

My experience was fine. Dr. O'Chaney was very personable and efficient. My only complaint is that I had to wait about 15 minutes or longer to get my referrals for bloodwork and other tests. The office staff is very friendly, though.
