Dr. Robinson has been our family’s physician for well over 20 years. He has been the ULTIMATE professional. His facility has ALWAYS been professional, clean, and smelled very fresh. Honeycomb is the total opposite of what Dr. RobiShow morenson stands for!! Honeycomb cares about quanTity not quaLity and it shows. It is unfortunate that in the black communities, Honeycomb plops itself in the poorest neighborhoods and contributes ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to those neighborhoods. The entryway to this office smells like urine. The outside of the facility is an eyesore. There is no security in an already crime infested area. Honeycomb, you should be ashamed of yourself!! Dr. Robinson gets 10 stars!! Honeycomb, you get 1 star because I can give no less!!! We do not need a wet behind the ears PA telling a MD what to do!! The Dr. went to medical school to do THIS job. When he retires, we know who our next physician is, already. We are just waiting on him! Until then, we know what to do!! You should properly clean the lobby, parking lot, restrooms, and floors. Get the urine scent out the office!! Secure the facility!! Make this about the quaLity of care instead of the amount of patients. Dr. Robinson and the front office staff are doing a wonderful job. Excellent care! Listened to my concerns and addressed each one.
This was my last time here. The nurses are always very cold and rude. I witnessed a nurse yell at a patient who was hard of hearing yesterday. They moved me from room to room so there’s a lot of disorganization here. Overall, it’s always been a very unwelcoming and unprofessional experience and I’ve finally had enough lol. I had an asthma attack the other night and went to pick up my prescription and turns out it’s not even the right prescription. I’d never recommend this practice, the nurses hate their jobs but keep showing up for some reason, and the atmosphere sucks. Happy to never step foot in here again.
Long wait in the waiting room past the scheduled appointment time but Dr Dixon was professional, see listened and offered to help in anyway she could.

The entire medical staff is very professional, compassionate and concerned about the patient’s medical needs. Dr. Mallory Dixon and her Nursing Assistant, Aniya make sure that you get addressed what your medical issue pertains too. I admire these ladies because they listen to what you have to say. I have the flu I went to my doctor my sister went to hers. I got 5 different cough prescriptions and still fell horrible. My sister got the same diagnosis two shoots and take home prescriptions. Two hours later she fells better and I still cannot hold my head up to puke.wonder if I can get a prescription to help me find a good doctor?
