This was my first visit with Marc and he made me feel very comfortable and listened to me. He didn’t interrupt and waited until I was finished then asked his questions. Not only did he take my concerns seriously, but he was understanding of technical difficulties, good at explaining why we were taking certain routes in terms of medications, and genuinely valued my own input when it came to my plan.
