I went to the sister center with the intention of getting my birth control out in my arm only got tell me that I had to wait until my levels went down and they don’t have at the facility. You knew what I was coming for, like you mShow moreade me drive an hour away just to have me sit in the office for 2 hours to talk to me. Then I had to call them back and Felicia tell me they can do it because they aren’t going to order it. I have to pay up front. 900 dollars then they put in. When my insurance covers 100%. Now I have to go to the health department here in Albany and still wait. This is to much. I’m just tired of it all. Just a big run around for the whole thing. Very nice staff just need training on if they do something are not and if others have gone through this why have me make the appointment if it was going to be trouble like this and never call me back. Just to much going on.
My visit at the Howard Center exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very friendly and inviting, from the receptionist in the front to the staff in the back. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me with smiling eyes (wearing mShow moreasks.) Margaret Anne was the cherry on top!! She was welcoming , has a sense of humor but also knowledgeable and professional all in one! She listened to me when I was describing what was going on with me and went from there with a plan on how "We" was going to correct what I was experiencing. I am so glad that I made the decision to come to the the Howard Center!!

I love The Howard Center. I used to make appointments to another office out of town before moving to Leesburg. I found that they have one here. I am very pleased with the minimal wait time, the friendly staff, and the services I receive. They also have snacks and drinks you can munch on while you wait.
