Dr. Robinson has been our family’s physician for well over 20 years. He has been the ULTIMATE professional. His facility has ALWAYS been professional, clean, and smelled very fresh. Honeycomb is the total opposite of what Dr. RobiShow morenson stands for!! Honeycomb cares about quanTity not quaLity and it shows. It is unfortunate that in the black communities, Honeycomb plops itself in the poorest neighborhoods and contributes ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to those neighborhoods. The entryway to this office smells like urine. The outside of the facility is an eyesore. There is no security in an already crime infested area. Honeycomb, you should be ashamed of yourself!! Dr. Robinson gets 10 stars!! Honeycomb, you get 1 star because I can give no less!!! We do not need a wet behind the ears PA telling a MD what to do!! The Dr. went to medical school to do THIS job. When he retires, we know who our next physician is, already. We are just waiting on him! Until then, we know what to do!! You should properly clean the lobby, parking lot, restrooms, and floors. Get the urine scent out the office!! Secure the facility!! Make this about the quaLity of care instead of the amount of patients. Dr. Robinson and the front office staff are doing a wonderful job. I’ve been with Mari Iezzi for years. She is conscientious and caring like a doctor should be. When I present with a problem, she gives me options for next steps, and I stay in control of my healthcare. But she also stops at nothing to find a solution and will keep on searching, testing, referring, whatever it takes to find the solution. I feel well supported and in good hands!
