I am currently seeing several doctors including doctors at the MAYO CLINIC and none of my physicians have had the understanding that Dr. Patel has offered. He sat down and listened to me, he had read my record before he even saw mShow moree and was aware of what I have been going through. He was so reassuring when I expressed my fear of going through this treatment. He explained everything in a manner that my husband and I understood. He has treated me in a very professional level but at the same time treated me as if I was one of his family. I would not hesitate for a minute to refer him to some one else. I was also very impressed with his PA Molly, she was just as caring as Dr. Patel. She understood my fear of the treatment after having such a horrible experience with this medication in the past. She is so pleasant, calming, caring and always has a smile. She explains in detail what the treatment does and is immediately available if I have any issues or questions. She treats me in a very professional manner and with such respect. I wish both of these providers had offices in Tucson as I wouldn't hesitate a moment in having them take charge of my care.
After a very bad experience the past year with a previous pain management practice, I was extremely pleased with everyone I encountered at Integrity Pain & Wellness. Unlike the other pain management practice I went to, I was greetShow moreed with smiles and treated with kindness when I entered the office. The staff were all very professional while being pleasant and helpful. The physician assistant was compassionate while taking the time to listen to my concerns. I apologize I do not remember her name. Dr. Patel was also compassionate, listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. He clearly took the time to review my lengthy medical history. Answered my questions and explained different treatments to help alleviate my pain. Dr. Patel ordered tests, which my former pain management doctor never did. I never felt rushed during my appointment. After suffering for a long time, I have confidence in Dr. Patel and am hopeful that I will finally have the best treatments available to manage my pain. I highly recommend Integrity Pain and Wellness.

Dr. Marna Harris is a Licensed Board-Certified Anesthesiologist in Arizona, a graduate of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis MO, where she received her Doctorate in Medicine in 2000. She completed three years of residency for general surgery at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA., and three years of residency for Anesthesia at the Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She began practicing in 2008 at BroMenn Healthcare in Bloomington, IL where she was an attending anesthesiologist until 2010. She moved to Arizona in 2010 where she practiced for Arizona Heart Anesthesia and Arizona Medical Associates, a mobile anesthesia group. Dr. Harris is recognized as a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology. She is a volunteer physician for mission trips organized by the Living Hope Ministries. Dr. Harris is a faculty mentor for the Arizona Diversity Mentorship Initiative as well as a member of the Arizona Society of Black Physicians.

Great experience as always
I have been seeing Dr Gollapalli at Integrity Pain & Wellness in the Scottsdale office for chronic back pain. I have to say I am very impressed with the way he includes me with the planning of my procedures and care. He takes the time to listen to me and discuss any concerns that I may have. That means alot to me. I also want to say, the office staff are very friendly and caring.
I met Rhonda C. for the first time. She made the initial exchange warm with a smile, listened attentively, & asked polite, & concise questions. She also shared some positive advice & options. Gr8 bedside manner.
The desk staff were kind and humorous, and the Dr. was attentive and quick thinking
This office has helped me more in the past 2 years than any other pain clinic! Would highly recommend.

I am so thankful for the care I receive from Dr. Gollapolli. He has become very familiar with my severe back problems, joint issues, neuropathic pains and widespread arthritis issues. Since being under his care, I rarely use my wheelchair, which speaks volumes. I get lasting relief from every procedure he performs and I am very grateful to be his patient. I highly recommend Dr. G to anyone who needs pain management care. He's the best!

As a new patient, I am happy with my doctor but not happy when it came to my medication refill needing to be sent in on a Friday and it was forgotten about leaving me w/out, sick all wknd and having to cancel plans, even after I called to remind them on Friday that I needed them!!! Very upset and disappointed in them for this part.
Dr Gallopolli is a very kind doctor, he understands my issues and fears with my health and helps me to deal with it. I trust him very much for my care

I was a nervous mess coming into my appointment. I have had a bad experience in the past with another pain management provider. I was being defensive because of my distrust. Dr Gollapalli was very kind and I felt heard for the first time. I’m a crier when I’m scared or have high anxiety. The entire staff was kind and understanding. I look forward to furthering my treatment and healing.
Dr. Ankit Patel was great in explaining everything that was going on physically with me and my treatment options. All of the staff was amazingly friendly. Overall I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of pain management.

Always treated with SMILES and pleasantries!! New and improved treatments as well as cutting edge medical equipment is always recommended in lieu of Pain Meds if possible Randi is the GREATEST!! She is so empathetic to your needs and expectations. Once again, Dr. Patel has been the gentlest during injection procedures out of any Dr. that I've seen in my entire life and trust me, I've been poke and prodded more than you can imagine!!
