Dr. Hansen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. He continued on to the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland to complete postgraduate medical training. He finished a three-year podiatric surgical residency at St. John Hospital – North Shores in Harrison Township, Michigan.
He is certified in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Front Desk is always nice and great you come in. Nurses for the doctor are outstanding the remember me and we talk good talk before the doctor comes in..... and Dr. Zager is funny crack jokes and a great doctor at the same time

Dr. Hansen listens first then makes his diagnosis which is not always the case these days. He really knows what he is doing and makes it as painless as possible. Additionally, he knows what gear is best and that doesn’t always mean the most expensive. Highly recommend this doctor.
