Everyone was very professional and courteous. I have relief from my pain straight down the center of my right leg. Thank you to my nerve and muscle Dr. He knew exactly where to place the 2 steroids he injected me with. Now I woulShow mored like to get my left leg done by him. I am 62 years old and have been through alot in my life with my health. Morsani has everything under one roof. I love this place ❤. Exceptional service and quality of care. The wait time has been extremely minimal at all previous visits. He never forces procedures you may be uncomfortable with, he allows you time between visits to absorb and consider his suggestions and recommendations. His staff is pleasant, efficient, and moves through their tasks seamlessly. I've been a patient for approximately a year and a half. I can't think of one complaint. Dr. Thomas, his staff, his processes are A+, top-notch. I'm extremely fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Thomas by my nuerologist. He understands quality of life and the effects cronic pain can cause, he goes above and beyond at helping you maintain a high quality of life. His methods allow me to get out and happily live my life, whereas I would be home bound more often than not if it weren't for Dr. Thomas.
Maulik Bhalani, MD, is the founder and CEO of Florida Pain Medicine, an interventional spine and pain management facility with locations in Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Zephyrhills, Riverview, Ormond Beach, and Port Orange, Florida. He is also the founder and medical director of Surgery Center of Florida. Dr. Bhalani is board-certified in interventional pain medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Medical Specialties.
After earning his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Bhalani went on to complete a physical medicine & rehabilitation residency at the University of South Florida, where he served as chief resident and completed a prestigious interventional pain medicine fellowship as well. Dr. Bhalani did his transitional medicine internship and partial anesthesiology training with the University of Maryland Medical Systems in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Bhalani is the current Vice President of the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (FSIPP) and a member of several professional societies and regional organizations dedicated to pain medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation. He currently serves as clinical associate professor and faculty for the pain medicine fellowship and Department of Neurology at the University of South Florida which allows Florida Pain Medicine to be a core rotation site for the ACGME Pain Medicine fellows and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residents.
With a strong belief that one should always keep learning, Dr. Bhalani continually pursues additional training and education in the latest interventional spine and pain management technology, attending pain conferences across the nation and bringing home the latest and most innovative practices for his patients. He continues to produce research and literature dedicated to pain management, and he participates in clinical trials for new pain treatments to help advance the field he loves.
When not helping his patients, Dr. Bhalani enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, and teaching residents and fellow surgeons at the University of South Florida. He is a huge sports fan: Go Creighton Bluejays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, and Orlando Magic.

The staff and Dr. Bhalani are very caring. They make getting injections very easy to get through.
Dr Bhalani listened to my complaints. Took time to explain what he thinks is wrong with me and why he thinks that there might be less invasive ways to deal with my pain.
His staff is very knowledgeable they are very present in the conversation and they do listen to your concerns Dr bolani is very good as well he's actually a pretty nice person when you kind of get to know him at first he was very intimidating to me but it's all good now

Very knowledgeable. Very professional
The doctor was very kind and explained well what he was doing. Assistants were efficient and seemed knowledgeable also. However, relief from the pain was minimal. Came home and did light housework and was in pain after a couple of hours.

Dr was pleasant and explained info found on my x-rays. Doc also explained some injections of pain medicine he thinks will help me.
My experience on 21 July 2022 was truly professional and refreshing. I was able to speak with Dr, Bhalani and he made sure I understood everything that was going to take place for my procedure. The Ladies up front Mrs. Torie, and another young lady were helpful and courteous. Mrs. Jessica who was Dr. Bhalani’s assistant yesterday was absolutely amazing. Jessica set the tone for the entire appointment.
Everyone is great there. Had to get injections today and they explained everything in detail and proceed with procedure. Did procedure slow as to not hit me with lots of pain all day once. While I am in a little pain now, I am mainly just very sore. Thanks for all you guys do!

Office is very friendly and address my problem
I had a brief visit with Dr Bhalani and he did my epidural this morning. I didn’t know what to expect and he was very informative during procedure . Compared to most, I would say his bedside manor his very above average. I will be honest and say , I was taken back by his demeanor and humbleness as a Dr. ( in a positive way) Im very optimistic with him! I have been injured since 2016 and he is probably the only one that takes time to listen and actually do an exam. For that I am grateful. His staff is nice too. Thank you for treating me like a human being and not a number :)
I had a shot in the back.It was done .It was done carefully and quickly.They helped me to get off of the table and got me seated and went out to my car and got my daughter to come in and help me to get into my car

Have been going to Dr Bhalini for several years now for injections for sciatic pain. I go to 2 different office locations for treatment etc and every single time the staff and doctors have been amazing, caring and excellent. That's why they are so busy, but well worth waiting for!
