Merin Abraham, OD, provides state-of-the-art ophthalmology services with an emphasis on patient-centered care at Marano Eye Care. She sees patients and treats various ocular conditions at each of the practice's three convenient locations in Denville, Livingston, and Newark, New Jersey.
Dr. Abraham received her Doctor of Optometry degree with magna cum laude honors from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2018. She then went on to complete a residency in primary care and ocular disease at the Eye Care Center of New Jersey.
Dr. Abraham enjoys providing comprehensive eye care as well as treating many ocular conditions such as dry eye syndrome, allergic conjunctivitis, and glaucoma. Her mission is to help patients resolve their eye issues and achieve their optimal vision in the process.

Dr. Sanjay Jalaj is a young doctor ,very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm with him for over four years , he did my cataract surgery and o feel good. I will recommend him.

I've been a patient at Marano Eye Care for many years. I am in awe at how professional and kind every doctor is that works there. I love Dr. Marano, Dr. Abraham and Dr. DiPaolo. Three amazing doctors with so much knowledge and so attentive. The staff is wonderful every time I go. Nicest office staff ever.

The staff here are so professional and courteous.
My experience with the doctors was excellent. The billing department is another story. I met all my deductibles and they are still trying to charge me when they participate with blue cross and blue shield. I left the billing department a message and no one has contacted me to go over this issue. Note I paid all the surgical center and doctors bills already.

Dr Jalaj and his office staff are great! I don’t think I I have ever waited more than 10 minutes in the office for an appointment.
I really liked the doctor! I I was a new patient and the procedures were not explained to me. Some introduced themselves some didn't. The team seemed to be very capable. On a scale of 1- 10 I'd give my entire experience 8.5. They were timely and the front desk was very courteous

My appointment was 2;15 and it took an hour to see the doctor. Once I saw the doctor he helped me but the wait was to long.
Dr. Sanjai Jalaj and technician visit was very good. Scheduling times may need to be adjusted as we waited in full waiting room for an hour.
