I’ve been under the care of at least a dozen different doctors/specialist at several different hospitals. Since 1988 I have underwent 17 surgeries due to a work injury. My left hand was crushed by a heavy duty forklift. The ulnar Show morenerve was permanently crushed. I’ve developed neuropathy along with daily headaches and very frequent migraines. Though I went through all the surgeries to avoid having to take the many medications, after 10 years I still ended up on several different medications. This was something I worried about, how others would looked at me. What a relief to have a team of doctors who continue to treat me with respect and genuine interest and concern for my well-being. Especially now with so much drug abuse and death caused by drug overdose! Much respect for dr. Ebby and dr. Cambell and ALL their staff. Truly a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Treatment center in this time of need.
I must say Erica whom I’ve never met, really went the extra mile for me! There was a problem with my understanding of the way the clinic works, as I am new to this practice. I’ve been a patient of Dr Jido for many, many years froShow morem a different practice. Anyway she went above and beyond to get me to see the doctor and my refill. She helped me to understand the way the clinic works and was so very patient and kind. She schedules appointments and didn’t need to help me further than scheduling an appointment, but she did! I can’t thank her enough and hope her superiors see this review. Staff in the office was friendly and helpful. Dr Jido gives undivided, individual care to all of his patients. I’m very pleased with my experience!

Dr. Favila completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, earning his Bachelor of Science in microbiology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, graduating in 2017.
Following medical school, Dr. Favila completed his residency in family medicine at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. He was named Family Medicine Chief Resident in his final year.

Dr. Favilla is a wonderful Doctor. He is very empathetic and seems like he cares about his patients. He is very intelligent. I’m so glad I found him. Office staff is also so kind too. It’s always a pleasure coming into Health solutions. I am a pain patient, so it’s nice having a doctor who truly wants the best for you.

Exceptional service; Dr Favila and his student, Mark, expressed a genuine concern for my health. They have proven to be excellent listeners as well. These are the reasons why I don't mind traveling from downtown Chicago to Tinley Park.

Dr.Favila has great bedside manner! But I’m still waiting on a call from a week ago from his assistant she either calls back in a timely manner or doesn’t call back at all! So we will see. But the doctor is great!

Very Enlightening
If took me a full week (5 business days!) to get 1 RX refilled. Your phone service does a great job of filtering out most callers and allowing whom ever to hide behind VM’s. The only way I can get the job done is requesting a virtual appointment. The whole process is antiquated and laborious-Definitely NOT easy for the user to acquire a simple prescription refill…

Always the best care
dr. Favila Is very thorough and patient friendly explains everything in layman terms and is concerned about how you feel. He’s a very good doctor didn’t get the names of the nurses, but they were all very prompt and cordial and did their jobs very well and the people at the window were top-notch, and were very prompt and understanding for getting appointments made and that, so I had a very good appointment.

The office runs efficiently and the reception girls are friendly which is nice. I’m so glad I found Dr Favala, he’s easy to talk to and very compassionate. There’s no sitting around waiting to be called here, you are in and out.
