The $200 charge for failure to cancel with proper notice is a huge problem. It appears to be non-negotiable, and it seems to me there should be some leeway for who engage in good faith and may have a very important reason for cancShow moreelling. The contract states that clients have to be on time every time (5 minutes leeway is not helping) I just can't state that I will be on time every time. It is important for providers to get paid but weigh that against my need to put food on the table.
Thank you for taking the time to truly listen and spending the time to find the right medication and dose for me. A lot of medical providers rush so I feel pressured to hurry. Not here! Knowing you listen and want to hear how Show morethings are going shows you honestly care about your patients. It’s helped reduce my anxiety and gives me hope for what is possible! Although I’ve only been a patient less than a month, I know I have the right provider and advocate. I sincerely appreciate you!

Mike has an incredible way of incorporating humor, medical knowledge & expertise, and humanism into our virtual visits. I went through an online provider before and felt rushed. Dr Grimes was patient, explained stuff thoroughly and took the time to allow me to ask questions and offer solutions and recommendations. My intent was to interview him but I quickly knew he was the advocate for me. I’m super thankful even hours after our first meeting!

I've worked with Dr. Michael for a few months now and I'm very happy with how things are going. I always feel heard and I don't feel like just a patient number if that makes sense. I feel so blessed to be able to do TeleHealth. Our sessions feel personable and you don't have to take time off work to commute etc. Feeling balanced is so important!

I have have had the pleasure of working with Michael for quite some time now and he is absolutely amazing. I feel like he actually listens to me when I tell him how something is working or not working and will make adjustments accordingly. Michael is very friendly and easy to talk with.
