The only issue I have with the doctors office is the automated appointment reminder before my appointment, I got a live person called me plus numeShow morerous texts, which I confirmed with and still got another text afterward
Michele Lomelino, OD, is an excellent optometrist at Diablo Eye Associates in Walnut Creek, California. A Bay Area native, Dr. Lomelino graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis. There she earned her degrees in neurobiology, physiology and behavior, and English. She continued on to earn her optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry.
To bolster her studies and experience, Dr. Lomelino completed medical externships at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Honolulu Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, VA Livermore in California, and Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento. After graduating, Dr. Lomelino worked as a clinical research optometrist at Carl Zeiss Meditec before joining our practice in 2014. After traveling the western United States serving a wide variety of patients, Dr. Lomelino brings unmatched experience to her patients at Diablo Eye Associates.
Outside of work, Dr. Lomelino enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Wanted to add that I had contacts before lasik years ago.
I was given a very thorough review and inspection of my eyes. This is a follow up to cataract surgery from a few years back. Dr lomelino always gives a complete review and discusses the results of the review.
Had a good visit after 5 years. I was delighted to learn about the new cataract procedure and she made the appointment. I'm very pleased with Diablo Eye Associates.
