DR. FOLEY IS EXCELLENT!!! She's very professional and worked very well with my student athlete during his rehab for his hamstring that prepared him for his football season. Honestly, I don't believe that my son would have been fuShow morelly prepared to play at 100% without Dr. Foley's treatment prior and during his football season. Currently, he is working with Dr. Foley with shin splints to prepare him for his first track and field season. She makes it very easy for my son to understand, how the injury occurred and what he needs to do (at home) to heal his injury and to prevent the injury from re-occurring. She always makes us feel very welcome at every visit and goes above and beyond to answer ALL questions we may have about the injury and rehab. Dr. Foley is the ONLY chiropractor i will recommend!!

Mikaela Foley, DC, is a chiropractor at Spine Care of Manassas Chiropractic Center in Manassas, Virginia. Dr. Foley and the team are dedicated to improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping patients on a path to better healing.
Dr. Foley received her bachelor’s of science in exercise and sports science. She then went on to complete her medical education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018. While in school, she pursued internship training in clinics around Haymarket and Warrenton, Virginia, where she concentrated on the benefits of chiropractic care alongside rehabilitation in patients of all ages.
In addition to her internship training, she also completed a 100-hour certification in acupuncture and certification in dry needling through The Dry Needling Institute.
She is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in the Webster Technique, a special form of chiropractic adjustment performed during pregnancy.
Dr. Foley currently lives in Reston, Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors and loves to hike and play tennis.

I haven't been to chiropractor for a few years. Dr. Foley explained every step of the treatment that I will need. Which made me feel at ease. She also provided options and flexibility of the treatment.
Once again I was so happy I was able to see Dr Foley, despite my schedule forcing me to arrive late. Dr.s Foley and German are keeping me moving as I wait for knee replacement surgery! I don't know what I would do without their help and the help of the staff!
Dr. Foley has diagnosed a chronic lower back issue and prescribed a treatment plan consisting of regular exercises. She is very helpful and engaging, and she identified the source of a discomfort that has bothered me my adult life.
