Dr. Mona Sheikh was excellent in every way. She took her time, she listened to me, she ordered the appropriate test and was able to even get me in for a sonogram on the same day as well as getting my blood drawn all at the same inShow morestitute. It is rare to find a physician these days who actually listens and hears what you have to say, then explain why she's running tests without being an alarmist. I am so lucky I got this doctor when I made the appointment. She's also very personable and caring.
Dr. Mona Sheikh and Dr Habib and office staff were beyond excellent. They were extremely detailed and thorough. They took the time to listen to me, but also ask all the questions pertinent to my issues. I had seen another doctoShow morer from another practice that was just guessing and has had little to no follow up. The Liver Institute came highly recommended, and while this was my first visit as a new patient I feel like I'm more than just a number.

Visit was outstanding!
I love Dr. Mona Sheikh, Dr. Marsha and Dr. Habib! They and Dr. Habib are great! They are thorough and make every attempt to discover my issues and help me to fix them. I am very acclimated to the "liver diet" and will continue this new way of eating to care better for my body.

This was my 1st interaction with Dr Sheikh. I found her to be very informative explaining the results of lab tests and how they relate to one another. Her explanation of how the liver functions to filter the blood and how needlessly taking homeopathic herbs can actually harm the livers ability to function properly.
Dr. Sheikh explained the results of my recent liver biopsy in a way which was easy to understand. She maintains a very professional yet friendly approach to patient care.
