Moses A. Swauncy, MD, practices family medicine at Signature Health and Wellness in La Vergne, Tennessee. Dr. Swauncy is a proud native of Memphis. He completed his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College in Atlanta, then received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. After graduating from medical school, he finished his residency training in family medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Huntsville.
After relocating to middle Tennessee, Dr. Swauncy joined the staff at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna. In February 2006, he opened his first private practice, Signature Health and Wellness, in La Vergne, Tennessee.

Many times I've requested an appointment for a serious injury but everytime I was ignored. Even when I called during staff hours there was no answer. And the one time I did get in, I waited over an hour for a routine physical. Appalling service!
