I am rating the past three services in PRIVATE to allow your office to fix the issue. I switched my B-12 Shots to your office rather than Dr. Naveen Alam just for the reduced distance for my driving. Switching the shots to YOUR ofShow morefice required me to be seen by Dr. Mansoor and pay the required copay. Then every B-12 Shots required me to wait up to 45 minutes. Whereas, my shots at Dr. Naveen took every time 15-20 minutes. So the question is: Have I made the WRONG decision for coming to you??
I have been seeing Dr. Alam for almost 20 months and yet I feel like he has no idea who i am. If I met him outside of the office he would have no idea that I am his patient. Also, I don't feel there is any follow up of a conversatShow moreion we had two weeks. February 14th I requested my chemo be changed to every three week from two weeks as of now MyChart still shows every two weeks. Are the dates going to be changed or not?

Very nice & prosfesansal
Before appointment I was reminded by text and email. My wait in front office upon arrival was minimal after filling out some paperwork. Medical Assistant was friendly and very efficient. Front office is always friendly.
Dr Alam has been my oncologist since 2020. Very happy with him.

Dr. Alam is a great Dr. His care for his patients is outstanding. So much that when he relocated to his current location I followed because I want to continue my care with him because he is such a great Dr. The staff is awesome too.

Dr Alam has been my physician for my cancer treatment for almost 5 years. He explained to me what treatment plan he had for me. Very kind and caring man.
