Dr Lombard has been my Dr for several years now. I'm very well pleased with him. He is patient, listens to what I have to say , any questions that I have he answers and explains everything to me. If I have any concerns he is very Show morethorough in his explanation and will address anything else. He takes his time with me and doesn't rush me, and I am very pleased to have him for my Dr. His staff also is very kind, answering any questions that I my have for them also.
Dr. Loomba is a Dr that is patient listens to you, he asks questions. Will listen and explain to me what is the problem. Tell me what medication he will be using in what area . I can go home and rest a couple of days to let the meShow moredication work . After that I go about doing my regular days. I'm very satisfied with Dr Loomba. the doctor was outstanding. his staff not so much. the tech that did my intake was just awful. she seemed bored, lazy and disinterested in her job or me, the patient. she handed me a cup for urine test w/ no explanation and then closes the door to room when bathroom is down the hall. huh?? the receptionist there that day said she was new and didn’t know answer to type of appt i needed and if f/u can me same time as injection. she said she would call me after she spoke to dr and never did. there was a line of patient behind me and they were frustrated with the gal, said there is lots of turnover and just left. it’s a shame that this outstanding doctor does not have at an above average staff.
