Felt rushed. She was quick to tell me to lose weight and change my diet without even asking anything about me. I'd already lost over 80 pounds. Medical professionals need to give patients more credit than they do for knowing about their own bodies and what works and doesn't work. Plus I had to bring up information on the x-ray that neither she or the er Dr did.

Nancy was a godsend! After multiple trips to the ER, each leaving with a GERD diagnosis, Nancy could tell that my pain level was worse than GERD. She sent me back to the ER, where they did more tests and discovered a failing gallbladder. Now I have an answer, and hope.
