I was really nervous about doing a live video call due to severe social anxiety, but the girl who called to confirm my appointment was super nice and friendly and that helped a ton with calming my fears. This is my second time using Oregon TeleMed. Since my information was in the computer, my TeleMed visit was short and sweet, even tho it was a different personnel. Nancy Burgess was friendly, Profesional and nice. Doesn't get Show moreany better while you're waiting to get in to see a primary doctor.

Polite knowledgeable and kind
The staff was very helpful and caring keep me comfortable and safe. Then urgent was just as credible.
Nancy took the time to make sure I was informed as to all of the next steps that I need to take in my situation. But, most importantly, she listened to me. Genuinely listened. To me, that is priceless.
She is such a good doctor I can not say enough. The service care explanations etc. Its so great to not be intimidated by “doctor” language.

When you are sick — you don’t have time or the energy for bullsh*t. FINALLY someone gets it. Hands down the best experience with Telemed I’ve ever had. 5 star customer service In healthcare. What a concept! Seriously good people here.

I appreciate this service but this visit was a waste of time and money. Our chat basically started off with let's schedule your next visit. Then told me she has 40 years experience. Great 40 years experience scheduling appointments it seems. What a great way to get paid. Halfway do your job. I have lost faith in western medicine COMPLETELY!

First time for me with an appointment one the computer. It went through okay, Nancy was great correcting the incorrect RX perceptions. Now that I know how to work this program, I’m not so intimidated with our lives on the computer. Thank you again Nancy sad support staff.
