Terrible!!! SDr. Burgess did not even ask how I was doing. If the swelling was down. If it had gotten more red nothing, she just asked if I got an appointment with wound care that was it, I was appalled and shocked. The care was reminiscent of a third world country. My particular injury, the whole thing was, if swelling or redness had gotten worse, or bigger, he could've gone and septic worse, and she didn't even bother to ask either or look.

It was an ok experience overall. It was my first visit, and I mainly wanted to see how it works. But I did also get some good information. The meeting was a bit short to me.
Honestly she was very dismissive during my visit. After she asked me what my symptoms were (post-concussion) she immediately cut me off and said they were common (probably true) but she actually interrupted to guess my remaining symptoms which came off super unprofessional. I then expressed concerns about doing the full duties of my job, since she expressed that I was not to do any heavy physical or mental labor yet, but refused to put this in writing (I hurt myself doing my job). Disappointing
I felt really comfortable talking to her.
