Nancy was a godsend! After multiple trips to the ER, each leaving with a GERD diagnosis, Nancy could tell that my pain level was worse than GERD. She sent me back to the ER, where they did more tests and discovered a failing gallShow morebladder. Now I have an answer, and hope.

Not too bad but still didn’t feel listened to. Felt very dismissive… the only thing it sounded like it was I was told “no it doesn’t sound anything like it” when the symptoms were word for word how I described the issue😅.

I was really nervous about doing a live video call due to severe social anxiety, but the girl who called to confirm my appointment was super nice and friendly and that helped a ton with calming my fears. The doctor was great also. Super nice and friendly and made it real easy. If all my doctors visits could go like that I would get the checkups I should be getting. She asked questions and I felt very heard in my responses which was nice for a change. Great doctor and great experience. Ty
