I was really nervous about doing a live video call due to severe social anxiety, but the girl who called to confirm my appointment was super nice and friendly and that helped a ton with calming my fears. The doctor was great also. Super nice and friendly and made it real easy. If all my doctors visits could go like that I would get the checkups I should be getting. Oregon Telemed was awesome. We could pick the appointment time and Dr Cotton was right on time with using our smartphone. It worked just like FaceTime! They accept insurance. The appointment was done less than 20 minutes and we got Rx at Pharmacy within an hour! No hassles! No waiting in ER or with sick folks in Urgent Care. Great care!
