I was really nervous about doing a live video call due to severe social anxiety, but the girl who called to confirm my appointment was super nice and friendly and that helped a ton with calming my fears. The doctor was great also. Super nice and friendly and made it real easy. If all my doctors visits could go like that I would get the checkups I should be getting. She asked questions and I felt very heard in my responses which was nice for a change. Great doctor and great experience. Ty Read less

She explained things clearly and didn’t rush through anything. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable way to handle my health issue without having to leave home.
