She took the time to explain the details. Unbelievable! No one ever took the time before and she went into depth. She gave you a feeling of total trust. Besides, she's awfully likeable!

She quickly sent a reception to my pharmacy. I needed to get in contact regarding the prescription. She returned my call and changed my Rx - I wanted one that was less expensive. I was very satisfied with my overall care.
