She took the time to explain the details. Unbelievable! No one ever took the time before and she went into depth. She gave you a feeling of total trust. Besides, she's awfully likeable!

She took a detailed past medical history and history of my current complaint and symptoms. she answered questions and provided explanation for condition and treatment options. She quickly sent a reception to my pharmacy. I needed to get in contact regarding the prescription. She returned my call and changed my Rx - I wanted one that was less expensive. I was very satisfied with my overall care.
Provider was very helpful, kind, understanding and reassuring. She reviewed what I was doing and made sure everything was ok. Reviewed my current symptom status. Overall, very nice visit. Thank you. This visit was initiated by McKenzie Willamette hospital after ER visit a few days earlier. Follow specialist care was still 3 days out so it was very nice to be checked on. Thank you.
