Natalie is a wonderful, caring, attentive person that is ‘being human’. Some people swap the words, to express how some people go above and beyond, well Natalie does that. She gets you let her know what and how and where you are Show moredamaged so she can help you get better. She will take all the notes and technical stuff, then do her job to really understand you as a person, as best she can so she understands where it hurts and how to get you motivated to see how with her help and get you fixed.
Every visit at Bay Rehabilitation makes me feel better. Everyone there is supportive and encouraging and offers hope. Even on appointments that I almost cancelled because I felt too tired to lift my body out of the car, Veronica, Show moreBrett, Natalie and Ryan all greet me with an enthusiasm that makes me happy I made it in; and my old, creaky body feels a little better with every visit. They remember things I’ve told them about my life and always engage in conversations that show they care. Love them!
