Dr reports everything looks good on the x-rays and things are on track to get out of the walking boot in 3 weeks; the nurse was very courteous as she prepared for the Dr to check my foot. I would definitely recommend Southwest Foot & Ankle to anyone needing consultation on foot issues.
I feel that Nick is a really good foot doctor. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Hugentobler realized that he wanted to be a podiatrist after developing shin splints while in college. His shin splints inhibited him from being able to run or play sports. However, after visiting with his uncle, who is also a podiatrist, Dr. Hugentobler was fitted for custom orthotics, which completely changed his life for the better. After seeing how his uncle helped him overcome his pain and discomfort, Dr. Hugentobler decided that he wanted to make a difference in people's lives in a similar manner.
When patients first come to Southwest Foot & Ankle, Dr. Hugentobler sits down with them and gets to know them individually. I could not be any happier with Dr. Hugentober. I had problems with my foot for years. Dr. Hugentober went over all options. We tried a few options. Surgery was the last option. Had the surgery. It went great and I am very happy with the recovery at this point. The difference is remarkable.
The best Surgeon I could find I had a major bunion with 3 overlapping hammer toes. All fixed.

They were able to get me in next day for fractured toe. X-rays were done quickly, and a solution was arrived at soon afterwards. I appreciate the efficiency of the office, while still feeling cared for as a patient.

Excellent care and staff
Dr. Hugentobler was thorough and pleasant and answered all of my questions. He also went over all of the options for my ankle problems plus discussed with me mitigating solutions for my toe neuropathy. The office staff was also very pleasant and the wait was minimal.
