I was greeted warmly at the front office and also by the PA that took me back to do the triage check up. Once that was done, I was taken to a room to wait on Dr. Simon. She was a delight to speak with and explained everything, we Show moreneeded to talk about, with clarity. I have not been to a Gynecologist in a long time and was nervous, but they made me feel at home.
Here at The Howard Center, women’s health is very important to us. In the late 90s, the Howard’s — Dr. Drew and Dr. Kaylar — were on a mission to create an all-new women’s health center tailored specifically to helping women. Today, our Howard Center offices offer comprehensive gynecology services for females from the age of adolescence to post-menopause. With eight offices throughout Georgia, including Covington, Valdosta, Moultrie, Warner Robins, Albany/Leesburg, Douglas, Tifton, Lawrenceville, Athens and Waycross, we make it easy for women to access high-quality diagnostics, treatments, and preventive care.
Our gynecology team has extensive experience in identifying and treating a variety of gynecological conditions, including heavy periods, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). We also offer a variety of birth control options, such as the Liletta® intrauterine device (IUD), to prevent unintended pregnancy.
Preventive care services like well-woman annual exams with Pap smears are available to reduce risk factors for chronic diseases, including cancer. Our experienced providers also specialize in menopause management services and hormone replacement therapy to help women through the transition to their post-menopausal years.
Women can also receive treatment for urinary incontinence, including innovative procedures like tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) surgery.
The Howard Center’s surgery center features the latest technologies in minimally invasive surgery. Our team performs in-office procedures like NovaSure® endometrial ablation and operative laparoscopy surgery to treat gynecologic issues without causing unnecessary trauma to the body.

Love The Experience
I have never felt more seen, heard, and cared for at a doctor’s office. This is now the only place I will go for my women’s health concerns. Every person from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner showed genuine concern and care about my needs and concerns. Thank you for giving me the best medical experience in 23 years.

I’m very grateful for the team at the Howard Center. Everyone is nice and helpful regardless if they are actually the ones assigned to me for that visit. I absolutely trust and adore Savannah. She’s calm, understanding, and listens. This will be my last pregnancy since I have signed the paper work to be “fixed”, and I am really gonna miss her.
I love the Howard Center. I drive all the way from Valdosta to come to the Tifton office. I had a rough experience at another off and the Ladies at the Howard Center have put me at ease the whole time. This is our first pregnancy and its been a great experience. This last appointment, Savannah had me cracking up.

Not a place women like to go… but this is a great place!
