For a first time patient I was extremely satisfied. From the friendliness starting at the front desk, to the back when meeting the rest of the staff. At some places you can tell "it's just a job" but there I got the sense that evShow moreeryone truly enjoys being there, and loves what they do. I guess I have this condition where sometimes my vagus nerve cause me to pass out w needles, and unfortunately that happened in his office. It was embarrassing to say the least. Lol However Mr. Chapa and his assistant made sure I was taken care of. I cannot express how much I appreciated that. So, yes definitely a 5* rating!
I was a patient of Modern Dermatology, Dr. May, for many years. Once Heights Dermotology assumed this practice, I continued to use their services. The quality of care is just as good as it was prior to the change and have had goShow moreod appointments. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the fact I don't see the same doctor every time. I prefer to develop a doctor/patient relationship with a specific doctor rather than an organization. I don't believe this desire has affected the level of care I receive, it's just a personal preference. I would recommend this practice.

Dr. Ojong is originally from Cameroon. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She later earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. To round out her education, Dr. Ojong completed her dermatology residency training at Larkin Community Hospital - Palm Springs Campus, in Hialeah, Florida, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Ojong is interested in Mohs Surgery, cosmetics, and skin of color.
Dr. Ojong authored numerous articles in dermatology journals, as well as several successful Medicare and National Institute of Health grant proposals.

I was given a mail-in prescription and told that my insurance company was accepted. I informed you that I used CVS and was told I could get the medication cheaper through this mail-in. When contacted my the mail-in i was told my insurance was not accepted. The medication cost $729. I did not fill the prescription.
