Normally I would give you 5 stars but I was given an appointment for blood work before my physical. I arrived on time and then sat there for over an hour. When I asked why people who arrived after me were going in. I was told theyShow more were walk-ins or were there for other reasons and besides no one put in my order? I understand it wasn't the receptionist fault but she did give me a look like she couldn't believe I was frustrated. Just venting. I think Kim is the best and and would never switch. Just a long time to wait for blood work.

I left the visit with better understanding of my condition and differnt option. I been there Several times without appointment and the wait time was maybe 30 minutes or less And the waiting room. Such a caring doctor. She really listens to your cincerns
Long wait time but that's expected at any urgent care. The Dr listened and was knowledgeable and took care of my needs. 3 stars considering the wait time.

Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Not only did Kimberly address my issues, but she went above and beyond to chat to make sure she understood my situation fully before prescribing anything. She sat and patiently listened to my concerns, and even made sure to look up different medications for side effects that I expressed I did not want to have. I highly recommend her for your medical care!

I absolutely love Scott Long! He and the student assistant he had at todays visit 9/1923, was phenomenal as usual. The staff from check in to room to lab and check out are all amazing!! I drive 40 minutes from home to stay with this practice!!

Mrs Millsaps is my main health provider. I have been going to her for 8 years. She takes time with me and knows everything about all my health issues. I never dread going to see her. I also consider her a friend! She is the best!

Scott is always accommodating and thorough recalls medical facts from previous visits and always has great medical advice for improved health. The nurse who drew blood was absolutely wonderful and the young lady at reception was inviting professional and very efficient!

Great experience. Font desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kim Millsaps was great also. Entire experience from the front to the back was wonderful. I hope the staff knows how much I appreciated them. Definitely will be back. Was in and out within an hour
