Olivia is a dedicated clinical therapy intern currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marshall University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is actively working towards a Certificate in Violence, Loss, and Trauma (VoLT).
With a strong focus on substance use disorders, she is particularly experienced in addressing challenges related to alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and prescription medication. She is passionate about supporting both adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, and mood and personality disorders.
Olivia utilizes a client-centered approach in her practice, integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), humanistic counseling, and existentialism. Her commitment to fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment empowers her clients to navigate their journey.
