In times of need God sends the right people in your path. The staff at the Outlook clinic has been very helpful in getting me back on the right path. I would recommend their clinic to anyone in need of psychiatric services, and help in general. I would especially like to thank Patricia and Juliet.

Patricia Burgunder's level of care as a provider under Outlook Clinic has been helpful for me in both navigating difficulties managing my mental health challenges as well as helping me with any questions I may have with finding assistance through medical insurance as I had previously addressed this concern and my needs were met accordingly.

Dr Burgunder was very good. She went through all of my information and prescribed some medication to try and get my symptoms under control. She also made sure to let me know to contact her if I have any problems.

Ms. Patty was very knowledgeable - She was even about a rare congenital disease I have that even most primary care physicians don't know about. She was also great about explaining the reasoning behind the medication she prescribed to me in a way I could understand. She was very thorough, asked me questions, patient, and observant. I would recommend her to anyone; even if it is hard for you to articulate certain things.

I wasn't sure what to expect considering past experiences, but she was incredibly kind and patient and pleasant to talk to. I think she cares about her work beyond it being her job. I am happy to work with her going forward.
Miss Burgunder is a credit to her field. I have only spoken with her twice, but she is very attune to how I have been feeling and listens. Therapy has been a difficult thing for me to start doing but Miss Burgunder made me feel very comfortable early. She is wonderful!
