I have been going to this group for quite awhile and love the doctor I see. As a matter of fact I will even will drive out to the chesterfield location to see her if she isn’t at the O’fallon. The only difference I have seen in alShow morel the times I have gone the ladies behind the front desk are just aren’t friendly at the chesterfield. I hardly was spoken too. When I was leaving I stopped to look at the product behind them which I have been using a couple at home (did mention this to them) and thinking of adding to what I already have but getting overwhelmed and needed some guidance. This would of been a great opportunity to help me, sell the products you’re promoting, and/or offer any samples. I did ask about the other line of product next to it which I was given one quick answer so I didn’t bother but would of loved to hear more about it. I did appreciate the office getting me in quickly
Staff is efficient with a caring tone, starting with Hello. I was shown directly to the exam room. Staff who brought me in asked a couple questions to make sure we wouldn't miss anything new going on. I am not yet familiar withShow more everyone's names or titles, will come over time -- the aging brain. Patrick jumped right in and it felt like we had just talked even though it had been a few months. I had a concern about the possibility of finding a physician who could possibly do some surgery and might be willing to propose toward insurance provider sharing the the cost pending a medical diagnosis/referral. I was introduced to Dr. Petersen and he was able to recommend someone to call. My specialty medicine has already been submitted and ready for my next order. Thank you everyone!

Very welcoming office staff!!! Our nurse practitioner, Patrick was very pleasant and thorough. He answered all our questions and explained things very well. Our nurse who helped with a procedure was efficient and kind as well.
Efficient and professional.
I felt that both the office and the medical staff could of told their patients that they dont do the treatment or the ultrasound at that location of O Fallon and the fact that this location is where they do absolutely nothing. Poor communiicationj and customer service. Would not reccommend this practice to anyone that is looking for vein treatment for their legs. My rating gives my feed back on the poor service and receiving nothing in return.

Got some lotion, cream to stop the itch and clear the skin, one week later no itch and decreased ugly discoloration. Over the counter stuff just does nothing

Be seeing Patric for several years now. He has been able to get me the proper treatments for psoriasis I have had my whole life. Finally now it is mostly cleared up. He has been able to help me maintain my condition with the medications that are now available. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them, they have helped so much.
