I have NEVER had a bad experience with Patrick. I am fully impressed with his professional integrity, his willingness to hear out my comments, questions, or concerns, and his ability to communicate in such a way that I always feel confident I am being treated as an individual with personal attention. I have never felt rushed or dismissed, and I am so pleased that he is the one primary PA working with my PCP, Dr. Richard with whom I have been consistently treated by. Dr. Kazakis is an outstanding provider. After too many years of subpar care from my previous provider, I decided (at age 58) to switch my doctor from my hometown of Concord NH to Southern NH Internal Medicine in Derry. I could notShow more be more pleased with the care I have received. I had my annual physical and for the first time in many years I finally had a thorough and comprehensive physical. It was amazing to have a provider who is proactive in her care (vs. reactive.) Dr Kazakis identified potential hereditary risks and made preventive referrals for which my previous provider never acknowledged or addressed. Traveling 30-35 minutes for my healthcare is more than worth the extra time and cost of gasoline. If you have grown tired of doctors who simply check the boxes then I highly recommend SNHIM and their dedicated health care team.

Patrick attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire, where he received his Bachelor of Science in biology in 2015. He then went on to attend the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he attained his physician assistant master’s degree, becoming certified in the field of medicine.
He discovered his passion for emergency and internal medicine during his master’s program, where he had the opportunity to perform rotations at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts, and Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, Massachusetts. He also served at multiple outpatient internal medicine practices, gaining vast knowledge in providing health care. I wish I didn’t have to be sick to see Patrick. Very knowledgeable, very caring and personable. He picked up on my concussion that the hospital didn’t even test me for when I was transported by ambulance because I passed out at home from dehydration. I was also there for a sty in my eye. If given the choice of pcs, I would ask for Patrick. Really good person. Thanks for letting me comment on him.

PATRICK Carolan ordered several tests on me yesterday to help me determine my diagnosis. This was extremely helpful and I was treated with much needed meds. He is professional, kind and thorough. I felt so much better knowing I had what I needed to get well. Also, the rest of the staff were very pleasant.

Dr Carolan is very attentive to my issues either in person or through text msgs. I saw him on 1/8/24 for 3 different issues and they were all addressed immediately. He ran EKG and had me get x-rays on two other issues. He also prescribed meds to help with current problems.
