The wait time is not long whatever you appointment time is you're call to the back to be seen within 20 minutes. Drummond takes his time with you and address all your questions.Since meeting him I will not be seeing any one else.Show more If he's on vacation when my appointment is I wait til he comes back from vacation to see him .

Had nurse call me to their office just to tell me to go to the ER with no new information. Could have just said that on the phone. I was Told on phone $20 copay and when I arrived told they don’t take my insurance. X ray tech had left for the day and they were unable to do anything. Just waiting for the bill…..

The visit was informative. What made me say wow, I want him to be my new Primary Care doctor was after the visit he did a follow-up call with me the next day. He checked in with me to see how I was feeling. That made me feel like I was under the care of a doctor who cares about the well-being of his patients. I truly appreciate him for that. I am IMMUNE COMPROMISED and now I’ve missed a dose due to lack of employees capability to properly get insurance pre approval . This has been Awful experience with trying to transition from a previous provider to deal with my A1c medications. I highly DO NOT SUGGEST relying on them to communicate back by any means registering refills , insurance or appointments. I’ve literally had blue cross call and not get any answer as well but leaving them explicit instructions and direct contact info for the person who coordinates Dr Norris’ medications and nothing but a run around and now I am sitting here shaking in anger due to missing medication dosage . I plan to go to their office tomorrow on poplar avenue and not leave until this is resolved .
I am good at reading people just by their looks and I scrolled through the long list of Dr’s in Memphis and when I saw his pic I knew I would like him. So I made an appointment and saw him and he was just what I needed. I needed a PCP, but I also needed a Wound Care Specialist, and sure enough he was both. He’s a great person, a country boy who is not concerned about fancy things and big new expensive offices and numerous employees who run around and do nothing. Hell, he don’t even have his name on his office building. Anyway he’s easy for me to talk to him about my health issues and anything else that he may be concerned about. And the way he spaces out his appointments at the office you never have to wait more than a few minuted. To me it’s all good. “ PRESSURELESS”
