Dr. Kazakis is an outstanding provider. After too many years of subpar care from my previous provider, I decided (at age 58) to switch my doctor from my hometown of Concord NH to Southern NH Internal Medicine in Derry. I could notShow more be more pleased with the care I have received. I had my annual physical and for the first time in many years I finally had a thorough and comprehensive physical. It was amazing to have a provider who is proactive in her care (vs. reactive.) Dr Kazakis identified potential hereditary risks and made preventive referrals for which my previous provider never acknowledged or addressed. Traveling 30-35 minutes for my healthcare is more than worth the extra time and cost of gasoline. If you have grown tired of doctors who simply check the boxes then I highly recommend SNHIM and their dedicated health care team.
I was seen promptly by Ms Clark within 24 hours of a mishap. I had thought it was not a big deal, but she detected some anomalies that needed further attention. I am so glad she did! Everything has turned out fine. She explained hShow moreer concerns clearly, and put a plan into immediate action. The process happened quickly, and at the end, I had a very clear picture of my situation. She was absolutely correct in having concerns. And this was confirmed by the ER people and radiologists that did the testing. I have the utmost confidence in her. Please pass on my thanks to her.

Dr Macdonald is one of the best Dr’s my whole family uses him
Dr. MacDonald is upbeat, sincere and demonstrates much concern about my health and goes beyond the 'usual' visit. He goes into detail about meds and living situation. I feel I'm in very good hands with my 'new' physician. I left with a positive feeling.
