My appointment was for 9:50. I was taken back to a room around 10:05. It was 11:00 until Dr. Martin came into my room. It's great to get out of the waiting room but to sit in an exam room for an hour is ridiculous. The wait times Show moreat this office have gotten out of control in my opinion. It was much easier when there were two office locations. Now you are jamming 2 offices worth of patients into one and adding new people. I come for the doctor's experience, so I just have to put up with the wait times.
Office clean, scheduling staff was pleasant , in take rooms were nice. The MA that roomed me was very nice, she listened, had eye contact and faced towards me which is important. XR staff very good as well. Dr. Marr was kind , proShow morefessional, he listened to my issue and is trying to address it. He also faced me, had eye contact, and answered my questions. over all it was positive experience and I would recommend that office.

I was pleased with my experience, I had x-rays and was sent for a MRI for my knee and my follow up a week later to discuss the results. They wanted to see me earlier, but I wanted to work around my work schedule.
