Polly Pagel is great, and she is never in a rush to get me on my way. My only issue is if I need to get a hold of people by phone ( as I did this month when I had issues with the lab). Medical assistants never answer the phone. FoShow morertunately, after about 10 calls, one of the office ladies graciously took the time to take care of me.

I love Pauline Pagel. We live quite a ways away, but we go strictly over to see her. She understands my diabetes very well and has got it basically under control.

I love how she talks with me. Asks if anything is causing me grief. Or am I in a good place at this point..yes! Goes over my labs, meds, body pain or not. I just plain love her! She has the right personality and attitude to be where she is!

After experiencing a vertigo event the morning of scheduled visit we revised the appointment to a telemedicine meeting. We were able to discuss lab tests and other medical conditions that effected my current A1c. The meeting was beneficial and allowed me to omit the drive to the office.
