Simply the best experience I've ever had with a physician. All of my issues have been addressed and my medications are in sync. My diabetes & a1c has improved every time I go in for a visit...my kidney function has continued to Show moreimprove as well. I also appreciate the appointment emails & texts reminders that I receive. The staff is friendly & professional. Polly takes her time with me and listens to my answers to her questions. The front office always makes sure I have a follow-up appointment.
Polly is so knowledgeable about Type 1 Diabetics. She puts my Mother, Rosetta Jackson at ease, comfortable that she is being given the best advice and care. Polly talks to my Mom while including me in the conversation. My Mom hatShow morees when doctors "act like she isn't there" or not mentally capable of understanding by talking directly to me instead of her. Polly takes time to answer my Mom's questions and concerns without seeming rushed or irritated by what may be a repetitive question. Thank You.

I Love Polly! She is always very open and honest with me and I have grown to trust her, just as I did with Dr. Lender. She always has answers to my questions and shoots me straight. Very easy to talk to. I actually look forward to Dr visits now!
