Penny Ng, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified and licensed nurse practitioner in cosmetic and medical dermatology at Fiore Dermatology in San Carlos, California.
A native of the Bay Area, Penny Ng was born and raised in San Francisco. After completing her Bachelor of Science and Nursing at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) in 2013, Penny moved to Los Angeles to further her training at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center’s Nurse Residency Program, where she then worked as an ICU nurse for several years.
During her time at UCLA, Penny Ng decided to become a Nurse Practitioner and had a special interest in Dermatology. After completing her Master’s in Nursing at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, she gained her dermatology experience by working as a Registered Nurse in Stanford Health Care’s Dermatology Department.
Subsequently, she worked as a nurse practitioner at Golden State Dermatology in the East Bay offices and then Aesthetic Dermatology and Skin Cancer in San Francisco and Mill Valley.
In her spare time, Penny collects exotic plants and volunteers for animal welfare organizations. She is also currently working on her Doctorate of Nurse Practitioning

She has an outstanding bedside manner and while I was feeling a bit worrisome she helped me to relax and understand my situation which in return wasn’t as bad as I was lead to believe. The team here is extremely knowledgeable and science-backed and inspired trust. They spent the time to understand my issue and ask really insightful questions, the provided me with all the info I needed to heal a recurring condition (medicinal and behavioral). They were super friendly on top of that.
