Dr. Peter Wenger, listened to me concerning what I have been experiencing after the four injections of Orthovisc to the left knee. The knee was not getting better at all. He examined the knee with ultrasound and found fluid and aShow morerthritis. He injected the knee with prednisone. That was Friday morning. I began to feel relief immediately. By Saturday evening, I was able to go food shopping with my daughter and I am in no pain whatsoever. This evening, I feel I have experienced a miracle. I believe Dr. Wenger is a healer. He has healed my right knee 5 years ago and now my left knee feels like a new knee. I cannot get over this experience. I had severe pain in the left knee since Dec. 1, 1921. This is the first relief I have had since. BTW, I hope I named the medication correctly. I was searching for the name, and I am not sure if it was prednisone that he injected. Dr. Wenger scanned my left knee that he has been working on for many months and found it to be fine and free of pain. My next appointment will be in November to see how my knee is making out. If pain returns, then he will look Show moreinto an alternative medication to inject into the knee for lubrication and protection from pain. In 1913 he injected 3 shots of Euflexxa into my right knee for lubrication and pain. In 1914 he injected 3 shots of Euflexxa into my right knee for lubrication and pain. It is now 8/25/2022 and my right knee is as good as new. I have no problem whatsoever with my right knee which was injected with Euflexxa 8 years ago. Peter C. Wenger, MD, is an orthopedic and non-operative sports injury specialist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He is board certified in both family medicine and sports medicine.
Dr. Wenger graduated magna cum laude from Loyola College with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He attended and earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Wenger then completed a surgical internship at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and was promoted with highest honors.
Afterward, he completed his residency in family medicine with an emphasis in orthopedics at Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center. Finally, he completed his training at the University of Pittsburgh – Center for Sports Medicine, where he graduated from the Shadyside Hospital Sports Medicine Fellowship with distinguished honors.

After living with chronic shoulder weakness for over a year, and undergoing a very erratic recovery and lots of ups and downs with PT, Dr. Wenger gave me a diagnosis within about 5 minutes of seeing me and a targeted PT program that within a couple of months left me feeling as good as new. I enjoy all my visits and leave feeling that he has listened to me and that I’ve learned something practical from him about body mechanics. Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

Finally found a Doctor who understands the weekend warrior! Instead of simply saying "damn, you're old" there's a real push to get me into playing shape. Dr. Wenger is straightforward and honest, while also explaining completely. I traveled 45 minutes and would do it again.
